Join Creative Community for an evening session to give you a Saturday evening to yourself! This special night at a partner studio in Oakland is open to kids 3-11, and will be filled with play time, art exploration, and more.

Team Building Sessions for Workplaces and Organizations

Creative Community Alameda is now offering team building sessions to support professionals and organization members to engage with the creative process as they build both individual and interpersonal skills!

We believe that growth happens when we can truly occupy the role and mindset of a curious learner. We encourage our participants to try new ideas and embrace mistakes through a creative lens. Our mission is to help people see and remember that all moments of learning have creative processes at work. We pull from the Studio Habits of Mind framework and Project Zero’s thinking routines to help participants become more intentional and engaged. We do this through studio arts exploration, storytelling, collaboration, play and social emotional learning. These activities equip participants with new tools so that they feel empowered to join in their workplace communities with more flexibility, curiosity, and courage.
